Right after checkout, you’ll see a download link—and you’ll also get an email receipt with that link included. If you don’t see it, wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Contact me here—I’ve got you!

I didn’t receive my product—help!

No worries! First, double-check your spam folder. If it’s not there, just send me an email and I’ll make sure you get your product.

Do you offer printed versions of your products?

Not at this time—all our resources are digital downloads only.

šŸ”¹ DOWNLOADING

Can I share my download with classmates or friends?

Please don’t! All digital files are for personal use only and are protected under copyright. If your classmates are interested, send them the link to our store so they can grab their own copy.

You may:

  • Use the files for personal study

  • Share how you use them in educational discussions

You may not:

  • Distribute the files to others

What software do I need to open my files?

All our products are PDFs. You can open them with free software like Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Do my download links expire?

Yes—download links may expire after 90 days. Be sure to download and save your file to a computer (not just a phone or tablet) for long-term access.

I lost my download—can I get another one?

If you need a new download link within 30 days of purchase, no problem—just contact me. After 30 days, I’m unable to resend links, so I recommend backing up your files on a cloud service or USB drive.

How do I download a PDF on an iPhone or iPad?

Use Safari for best results:

  • Tap the link → the file opens in your browser

  • Tap the Share icon (box with arrow)

  • Choose Save to Files to store it locally
Once saved, you can open it in apps like GoodNotes or Notability.

šŸ”¹ ACCESS & USE

Can I get the file as a Word document?

No, all products are provided as secured PDFs to maintain layout and copyright protection.

Why is the PDF asking for a password?

The file is password-protected for editing, but you can open, view, and print it without any password.

Can I use the PDFs in GoodNotes or Notability?

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader, set your printer settings to ā€œActual Size,ā€ and print on standard 8.5x11 paper.

If you plan to print at a copy center (Staples, etc.), let me know first—I’ll send you a print release as required by copyright.
