Accessing, downloading, or significantly using one part of a bundle may affect refund eligibility for other parts of the same bundle, unless specific bundle refund terms are explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Products (Guides, Ebooks, Downloadable Files, etc.)

  • General Rule: Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

  • Exception for Technical File Issues: We want you to receive functional products. If you encounter a technical issue directly related to the delivered file itself (e.g., the file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description) you must notify us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Resolution Process: Please contact us at support@pharmdtobeguides.com within the 30-day period, describing the issue and providing your order details. We will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing you with a working version of the file. If we are unable to provide a functional file resolving the specific technical issue you reported, we will offer a full refund for that specific product.

  • Eligibility Note: This exception applies only to defects in the files as delivered by us. We cannot provide refunds for issues arising from your own software or hardware incompatibility (e.g., inability to open a specific file type if the required software isn't owned), accidental purchase, or if you change your mind. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility and suitability.

4. Online Courses

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: For online courses, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a full refund under this guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

    • Submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

    • Have completed less than 25% of the total course content. Course completion is tracked automatically via our online course platform (Systeme.io).

  • Purpose: This policy allows you to explore the initial modules of the course to ensure it meets your needs, while protecting the intellectual property and substantial value provided in the complete course content.

  • Request Process: To request a refund for an online course, please contact us at support@pharmdtobeguides.com within the 7-day period, including your order details and reason for the request.

  • Declined Requests: We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the request is made outside the 7-day window or if significant portions (25% or more) of the course content have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Notification: Once your refund request (for either a digital product file issue or an eligible course return) is received, we will review it based on the criteria above. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card company, typically ranging from 5-10 business days, but sometimes longer.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received an approved refund after a reasonable processing time (e.g., 10 business days):

  • First, double-check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often internal processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account balance.
